MEXC Manager is a trading management platform that enables users to:

• Connect and manage multiple MEXC futures trading accounts
• Execute batch trades across multiple accounts simultaneously
• Set up copy trading between master and follower accounts
• Organize accounts into groups for streamlined management
• Monitor positions, orders, and PnL across all connected accounts
• Receive Telegram notifications for trading activities

Important: MEXC Manager is a tool for executing trades based on your instructions. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of MEXC exchange complies with their terms of service
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency and futures trading
• Verifying all trade parameters before execution
• Maintaining adequate funds in your MEXC accounts to cover trades and fees
• Regularly monitoring your positions and account activity
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Engage in market manipulation or other prohibited trading practices
• Use the Service to launder money or finance illegal activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service without authorization
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use MEXC accounts that you do not own or have authorization to use

7. MEXC Account Integration

By connecting your MEXC accounts to our Service:

• You authorize us to access your account data via MEXC API
• You authorize us to execute trades on your behalf based on your instructions
• You acknowledge that we store your web tokens in encrypted form
• You understand that API access may be subject to MEXC's terms and limitations
• You are responsible for ensuring your MEXC account has appropriate permissions

We are not affiliated with MEXC and are not responsible for MEXC's actions, policies, or service availability.

8. Subscription and Payments

8.1 Subscription Plans

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Subscription details, including pricing and duration, are displayed at the time of purchase.

8.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments in cryptocurrency (USDT and native tokens) on supported blockchain networks. You are responsible for ensuring correct payment amounts and addresses.

8.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of:

• Service unavailability due to our technical issues
• Duplicate payments
• Other exceptional circumstances

8.4 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew your subscription before expiration to maintain access to the Service.

9. Referral Program

TRADING CRYPTOCURRENCY FUTURES INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. YOU SHOULD NOT TRADE WITH FUNDS YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any trading losses, including those resulting from executed trades
• Losses due to MEXC exchange outages, API failures, or policy changes
• Losses due to copy trading configurations or follower account actions
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your security failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEXC Manager and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your trading activities and decisions

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Non-payment or payment fraud
• Suspected security breaches
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
