Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for MEXC Manager subscription payments. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

2. Digital Service Nature

MEXC Manager is a digital service that provides immediate access upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital services and cryptocurrency payments, our refund policy differs from traditional physical goods policies.

3. General Refund Policy

All sales are generally final. Due to the following factors, we maintain a limited refund policy:

  • Immediate access is granted upon payment confirmation
  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature
  • The service can be fully evaluated before commitment
  • Digital services cannot be "returned" like physical products

4. Circumstances Eligible for Refund

We may consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Technical Issues (Full or Partial Refund)

  • Service is completely unavailable for extended periods (more than 72 consecutive hours)
  • Critical features are non-functional and cannot be fixed within reasonable time
  • Payment was processed but subscription was not activated (and cannot be resolved)

4.2 Duplicate Payments (Full Refund)

  • Accidental duplicate payment for the same subscription period
  • System error causing multiple charges

4.3 Within 48 Hours of Purchase (Case-by-Case)

Requests made within 48 hours of payment, where the service was not substantially used, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. "Substantial use" includes connecting accounts, executing trades, or configuring copy trading.

5. Circumstances NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the service during subscription period
  • Trading losses incurred while using the platform
  • Issues with MEXC exchange or your MEXC accounts
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Inability to access due to user-side issues (internet, device, etc.)
  • Features working as intended but not meeting expectations
  • Price changes or promotional offers after purchase
  • Subscription periods that have substantially passed
  • Regulatory restrictions preventing use in your jurisdiction

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email mmanagerofficial@proton.me with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your username and transaction details
  3. Provide the wallet address you paid from
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request
  5. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision.

7. Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued in USDT to the wallet address you specify
  • We will use the same blockchain network as your original payment when possible
  • Network fees for the refund transaction will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval
  • Exchange rate fluctuations are not our responsibility

8. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Pro-rated refund for extended service outages
  • Partial refund for subscriptions with significant unused time
  • Goodwill partial refunds at our discretion

Partial refund calculations will be based on the remaining days in your subscription period.

9. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation is different from refund:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund
  • You retain access until your current subscription period expires
  • Since we use manual crypto payments, there are no automatic renewals to cancel

10. Referral Commission Clawbacks

If a refund is issued for a referred user's payment, any referral commissions earned from that payment will be deducted from the referrer's balance. If the balance is insufficient, future earnings may be reduced to recover the amount.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be charged back like credit card payments. If you have an issue with your payment, please contact us directly rather than attempting to dispute with any third party. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly.

12. Service Credits

In lieu of refunds, we may offer service credits that extend your subscription period. Service credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. We may offer service credits for minor issues that don't warrant a full refund.

13. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the policy update. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
