This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using MEXC Manager. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

2. Permitted Use

MEXC Manager is designed for legitimate cryptocurrency portfolio management. Permitted uses include:

  • Managing your own MEXC trading accounts
  • Executing trades across multiple accounts you own or are authorized to manage
  • Using copy trading features with accounts you control
  • Tracking portfolio performance and trading history
  • Setting up alerts and notifications for your accounts
  • Participating in our referral program in accordance with its terms

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

3.1 Market Manipulation

  • Wash trading or self-dealing to artificially inflate volume
  • Spoofing or layering orders with intent to cancel before execution
  • Pump-and-dump schemes or coordinated market manipulation
  • Front-running or trading on non-public information
  • Any form of market manipulation prohibited by applicable law

3.2 Unauthorized Access

  • Using API keys from accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
  • Circumventing security measures or access controls
  • Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods

3.3 System Abuse

  • Overwhelming our systems with excessive requests (DoS attacks)
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit our software
  • Automating interactions beyond intended API usage
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the service

3.4 Illegal Activities

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Trading on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities
  • Using the service for any illegal purpose
  • Evading taxes or regulatory requirements
  • Fraud or misrepresentation of any kind

3.5 Referral Program Abuse

  • Creating fake accounts to earn referral commissions
  • Self-referring using multiple identities
  • Spamming referral links or using misleading marketing
  • Making false claims about earnings or service capabilities
  • Any scheme to artificially inflate referral earnings

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Keeping your API keys secure and properly configured
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Promptly reporting any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Ensuring all connected MEXC accounts comply with MEXC's terms of service
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information

5. API Key Guidelines

When connecting MEXC accounts via API:

  • Only use API keys you have legitimate authorization to use
  • Enable appropriate permissions (read, trade) based on your needs
  • Do not enable withdrawal permissions unless absolutely necessary
  • Use IP whitelisting when available for additional security
  • Rotate API keys periodically and revoke unused keys
  • Never share API keys or store them in insecure locations

6. Fair Usage

To ensure service quality for all users:

  • Respect rate limits and API quotas
  • Do not attempt to circumvent account or usage limits
  • Report bugs and vulnerabilities responsibly
  • Use the service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose

7. Content Standards

When using features that involve user-generated content (account names, notes, etc.):

  • Do not use offensive, obscene, or inappropriate language
  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Do not include personal information of third parties without consent
  • Do not include content that violates intellectual property rights

8. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

Your use of MEXC Manager must comply with MEXC's Terms of Service and any other applicable third-party terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by MEXC or other services against your accounts due to violations of their terms.

9. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor usage for compliance with this policy
  • Investigate suspected violations
  • Take action without prior notice for serious violations
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement
  • Cooperate with legal investigations

10. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Warning or notice of violation
  • Temporary suspension of service
  • Permanent termination of account
  • Forfeiture of referral commissions
  • Forfeiture of remaining subscription period (no refund)
  • Legal action where appropriate

The severity of action will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.

11. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them to mmanagerofficial@proton.me. We take all reports seriously and will investigate accordingly.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
